Meet the Team
Donna Adlington – General Manager
Debbie Swain – Director of Community Relations
Debbie Swain has had the pleasure of working with seniors in different capacities for over 30 years. Starting her career in Florida, Debbie has been a member of the Florida State Bio Ethics Committee, worked alongside the District Attorney’s office for Abuse and Exploitation of the Elderly and was a trained Volunteer Educator and Facilitator for the Palm Beach County Alzheimer’s Association. Debbie and her husband move to Georgia in 2012 to be closer to their children and grandchildren. Her vast and diversified background in skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care allows her to help seniors and their families navigate through the healthcare industry and make choices that support a senior’s independence and well-being.
Cheryl Beals – Business Office Manager
Cheryl Beals is well versed in the needs of continuing care retirement communities, having come to Towne Club Windermere from another national assisted living and memory care corporation. First at the company’s Boston corporate office, she then relocated to a Georgia skilled nursing community and then on to two other assisted living communities as their business office manager. Cheryl also has served as a regional trainer for newly acquired communities and has supported new business office managers at existing communities. She is excited to join the team at Towne Club Windermere.
Amanda Hanson, LPN – Wellness Director
Ramona Mainess – Dining Services Director
Ramona was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She is married and is blessed to have two children and two grandchildren. From an early age she was taught the importance of community service and southern hospitality. Every Saturday was community guest day at her home, where anyone who wanted to dine could enjoy a homecooked meal. This tradition was the catalyst that started her journey in the hospital industry. Ramona received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Chemistry. After graduating, Ramona completed her internship in dietetics to become a registered dietician. She then started her career in geriatric nutrition, and later worked in hospitals where she focused on food service and its link to overall health and later used her culinary education to develop meals for oncology patients. Ramona’s love for nutrition and the culinary sciences has led her down so many exciting paths. Just a few of her titles include CEO, Executive Director of Dining, Catering Specialist, coach, educator, owner of a restaurant and catering company and Executive chef. She is Servsafe certified and is an instructor and a proctor. In her spare time, she loves to paint, travel, cook, enjoy music and spend time with family and friends.
Jonathan “JJ” Meldrum – Salus Coach
Esdras “Ezra” Rodriguez – Environmental Services Director
With five years of experience in senior living, seven years in hospitality and 15 years in construction and interior design, Esdras is a perfect choice for Towne Club Windermere. Not only does he bring strong practical knowledge, but also a deep appreciation for working with seniors and listening to their life stories. In his spare time, Esdras enjoys spending time with his wife and son. All three are active volunteers in the community.
